This is a proposal for retention of an existing historic structure and construction of a new two-story, 4,000-square-foot office building and associated site improvements. The site is zoned Bridge Street District Historic Core. The site is located west of South High Street, approximately 100 feet south of the intersection with Pinneyhill Lane. This is a request for informal review of a Basic Plan Review under the provisions of Zoning Code §153.066 and §153.070, and the Historic Dublin Design Guidelines.
