David Rinaldi – Chair
A Riverside Drive resident, David is the senior architect for American Electric Power, and has 28 years of experience in the design and construction of commercial buildings. He is a registered architect in Ohio, Illinois, Virginia and Arkansas. He earned a bachelor’s of science degree in architecture and a master’s of architecture – both from The Ohio State University, where he pursued graduate level courses in historic preservation.
As a Historic District resident, Jane has a vested interest in architecture and its relationship to the community. A longtime resident of Dublin, she lives in the home she designed and built 23 years ago. Jane has several years’ experience as a licensed realtor and registered nurse, and was the first Executive Director of the Clintonville Chamber of Commerce. Among other community service endeavors, she volunteered for over 25 years to raise development funds for both Mount Carmel Hospital and Memorial Hospital of Union County.
Thomas Munhall – Vice Chair
Tom is a certified public accountant with The Advisors Group LLC and Munhall & Associates LLC. He also earned a degree in accounting. A Dublin Road resident, he has restored and improved properties, including his own. He has worked in Worthington, Riverlea, Dublin and Chagrin Falls on various projects. Tom grew up and lived in Old Worthington prior to moving to Dublin.
Everett has 50 years’ experience in architectural design, business management and marketing is currently the Project Executive & Principal for Fanning Howey Associates, Architects and Engineers. A Dublin resident for nearly two decades, he also serves the community as a board member for Lakes of Dunmere Condominiums, and he is Funding Chairman for the CEFPI fundraising golf tournament at Golf Club of Dublin. Everett holds a Bachelor of Architecture from The Ohio State University.
Shannon Stenberg (Ward 4)
A life-long resident of Dublin, Shannon now lives on Valley Stream Drive. She is a business analyst for OCLC, and earned her BA from Washington University in St. Louis with a double major in architecture and marketing. At her previous job with Jobe & Associates, she assisted with special events, advertising and marketing where she developed insight into zoning codes, permits and working with government agencies. Shannon is a volunteer for Dublin City Schools and Easter Seals.

Brian Gunnoe – Chair
Brian is vice president of marketing for Expesite LLC and president of Report Hawk LLC, and earned a bachelor of science degree in communication from Ohio University. Previously, he served as project manager for Construction One in Columbus. He has experience redeveloping properties in Olde Gahanna, and worked on many projects, including retail, restaurants and hotels that his firm has built across the United States.
Jamie Zitesman – Vice Chair
Jamie has been a real estate attorney in Dublin since 1993. Jamie earned a bachelor of science in business administration from The Ohio State University and a juris doctor degree from Capital University Law School. Jamie is a member of the Columbus Bar Association, and a frequent speaker on residential real estate issues.
Currently residing on Running Deer Place, Martha has enjoyed living in Dublin for the past 17 years. A Staff Attorney for Ohio EPA with many years as an attorney in previous positions, Martha is well-equipped to serve on the BZA. She has spent most of her legal career focusing on development and redevelopment projects. She was very active in the Dublin City Schools while her children attended from 1998-2010 and served as a Girl Scout leader in the community. Martha holds a Bachelor of Arts in both Economics and Urban Studies from Denison University and a Juris Doctor degree from Capital University.
Rion holds a Bachelor of Science degree in surveying and has been a professional surveyor since 2005. He is a licensed real estate agent with Coldwell Banker King Thompson with a passion for zoning issues. Rion believes strongly in giving back to the community, serving as a Cub Scouts Den Leader, Lector at St. Brigid of Kildare, and coach for youth soccer and basketball.
Sarah recently moved to Dublin in 2014 and is anxious to begin serving her community. She is a graduate of Cornell Law School and The Ohio State University. Currently, she is an attorney with Bott Law Group LLC. Her primary area of practice is real estate and environmental and natural resources. She looks forward to using her knowledge and experience to “promote responsible development while preserving our resources and our beautiful community aesthetic.”

Christine Gawronski – Vice Chair
Christine is a vacation specialist for Dublin Cruise Store and a sales assistant for American Training Resources. She has a bachelor’s degree in communications from John Carroll University, and conducted post-graduate work in education at Ashland University. In addition, she has experience in the retail, commercial and mortgage banking industry, as well as management, corporate training and recruiting experience
Ann Bohman – Chair
Ann is retired from the Ohio Department of Education, where she worked as an education consultant for federal programs and parent involvement. She holds a bachelor of science in secondary education and a master’s degree in education, and previously taught high school and college courses. She is a 2012 graduate of Leadership Dublin, and served on the City of Dublin Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee.
Marilyn is employed as research director for transformational education services of Swiss Management Center University and is co-facilitator of Leadership Worthington’s transformational educational services. She earned a bachelor’s degree in environmental psychology from the University of Michigan, and has served on the City of Dublin Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee and Strategic Planning Committee.
Mindy has a bachelor’s degree in civil and environmental engineering from Ohio Northern University and a master’s degree in business administration from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business. She previously worked as a project manager for Hull & Associates in Dublin and as a project engineer for Ayres, Lewis, Norris and May in Michigan. She is a member of the City of Dublin Green Team, and previously served on the Natural Resources Advisory Commission.
Stephanie is a program manager for the College of Nursing at The Ohio State University. She earned a master of arts degree in arts education from Ohio State and a bachelor’s degree in art history from George Mason University. Stephanie volunteers for the Dublin Food Pantry and the Mid-Ohio Foodbank.
Vlad is the managing member of global governance, compliance and risk advisory, for Interkap Group LLC. He holds a bachelor’s degree in pre-law and finance from Walsh College and a law degree from the University of Akron. He is a certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) and Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional-International (CCEP-I). His community involvement activities include Dublin City Schools Key Communicators Committee, Columbus International Program, Columbus Council on World Affairs, The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business MBA and Corporate Mentoring Program, volunteer coach, Operation Feed, United Way and JDRF.
Tom is the executive director of Schools of Ohio Risk Sharing Authority, and a former Williams County Commissioner and former deputy director of the County Commissioners Association of Ohio. He is a Rotary International Paul Harris Fellow and has served as president of the Williams County Economic Development Corporation, treasurer of the Edgerton Development Corporation, as well as a member of the Williams County Planning and Zoning Commission, the Maumee Valley Planning Board of Directors, the Edgerton Area Foundation Board of Directors, Junior Achievement of Northwest Ohio Board of Directors and as chair of the Administrative Council of Edgerton United Methodist Church. He earned a bachelor of arts degree from DePauw University.

Victoria Newell – Chair
Vicki is a registered architect with the State of Ohio and works as project manager for Schorr Architects. A LEED-accredited professional, she also has served on the Board of Zoning Appeals. She earned a bachelor’s degree in architecture from The Ohio State University. In her current position, Vicki has participated in the design of various public, LEED-registered and private commercial facilities.
Christopher Brown – Vice Chair
Chris is an estate manager with nearly three decades’ experience in the industry, including 15 years as Architectural Products Manufacturer’s Representative for Chris Brown Inc./Spohn Associates, Inc. and five years as National Sales Manager for LinEl, Inc. He holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental design and has a strong comprehension of construction documents as well as building materials and their life cycle. Chris has also served as president of the Bellaire/Limerick Homeowners’ Association for the past 12 years.
Cathy De Rosa
Cathy is a marketing and business executive and has been employed by OCLC, Symix Systems and The Ohio State University. She earned a master’s of business administration degree from Harvard Business School and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Arizona. She is a past recipient of the Dublin Chamber of Commerce Spotlight on Dublin award.
A Dublin resident for over 23 years, Bob is a strategic account manager for Dodge Data and Analytics. He earned a bachelor’s degree in public administration from Michigan State University. The son of a sub-contractor, Bob has been involved in the construction industry since the beginning of his career in 1981. He is a member of the Builders Exchange of Central Ohio and has a thorough grasp on building practices, processes, design methods and materials. Bob also volunteers in the community as a Special Olympics basketball coach.
Deborah is a clinical associate professor for the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration. She also holds a master’s of business administration degree in finance and marketing from the University of Chicago, where she also earned a doctorate in behavioral science and marketing. She helped create the Mid-Century Dublin Neighbors Association and serves as vice president/treasurer.
An Adventure Drive resident, Stephen is very active in the community, serving as President of the Hemingway Village Civic Association, Chairman of the Dublin Parks and Recreation Commission, and member of the Community Services Advisory Commission. As Director of Technology Product Management for CardinalHealth at the Fuse, Stephen considers himself a passionate leader with many years’ experience managing teams and projects. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Wright State Universtiy and an MBA from the University of Dayton.
Amy Salay – Council Representative
Amy Salay is currently serving in her fourth term on Council as Ward 2 representative and has served as the Council representative to Planning and Zoning Commission since April of 2014. Amy previously served on the Board of Zoning Appeals and as a citizen member of the Planning and Zoning Commission. In addition, she was elected by Council to serve two-year terms as Vice Mayor in 2010 and 2012. She holds a BSBA from The Ohio State University. She is married to Stephen and they have two children, Stephen and Rachel. She resides with her family in Heather Glen.

An Ottawa Place resident, David rides the COTA bus to his office at Nationwide Insurance every day. He is enthusiastic about both Dublin and public transportation. David plays trumpet for the Dublin Wind Symphony and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University and MBA from University of Dayton.
Laura is a probation officer in the domestic violence unit of the Franklin County Municipal Court Department of Probation Services. She is a past employee of the City of Dublin where she was director of court services and developed a citywide records management program and served as the chairman of the Records Commission. She has a bachelor of arts degree in criminal justice from Ohio Dominican College.

Julia is the Technical Product Manager at Fuse by Cardinal Health where creativity and innovation is key. She is a graduate of Northwestern University in Illinois with a dual major in Art Theory & Practice/Painting and Economics. She also holds an MBA from the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University. Julia has 20+ years of experience in business and art including internships at the Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago and the Chicago Art Gallery. She is passionate about art and considers the public arts program in Dublin a source of pride!

Dale is a self-employed certified public accountant, and previously worked for KPMG Peat Marwick for 21 years. He has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Bowling Green State University and a master’s degree in business administration from The Ohio State University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Dublin Convention & Visitors Bureau
Philip is retired from Scotts-Miracle Gro, and has 33 years’ experience in the lawn and garden industry. He is a graduate of Queensborough Community College. During his career, he was involved in conventions and trade shows and traveled extensively for his company.
Frank resides on Leith Drive and serves as Vice President of Marketing for AEP Energy and has been recognized for his work with the CBS Eye on Excellence Award, 5 Regional Emmy Awards and a Prism award from the American Marketers Association of Central Ohio. Frank is active in the community and has sponsored, volunteered and participated in the Dublin Irish Festival for 15 years. In 2009 he was named Honorary Chair of the Festival. He also co-manages operations for the Emerald Club at the Festival. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Newman College.

Denise is a consultant for Smith Kendall, an independent consulting practice providing human resources consulting services to small and medium-size companies. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from University of Florida, where she also earned a master’s degree in health sciences. Denise also holds a master’s degree in labor relations, human resources and management from The Ohio State University.
Jim is director of human resources for Hull & Associates, and previously provided outsourced human resources services to clients as president of his own firm, Renard & Associates. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Ohio University and a master’s of business administration degree from Xavier University. He is past president of Lowell Trace Civic Association and a Dublin Irish Festival volunteer.
A Naples Lane resident, Mark served as Chairman of the Personnel Board of Review for many years. He considers himself a problem solver by nature and is not afraid of hard work. An Attorney and Partner with Porter Wright Morris & Arthur LLP, Mark has a wide range of legal experience. David takes pride in giving back to the community and has served as a volunteer for Dublin Youth Athletics for several years. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University and a Juris Doctorate from The Ohio State University College of Law.
