Case 13-006- Sign Variance – Frantz Road
This is a proposal to allow two wall signs when one is permitted and to allow both wall signs to be located a height of 43 feet when the maximum height permitted for wall signs is 15 feet. The site is located on the east side of Frantz Road approximately 500 feet south of the intersection with West Dublin Granville Road. This is a request for review and approval of a of a non-use (area) variance under the provisions of the Zoning Code Sections 153.159(A)(4), 153.164 and 153.231.
