Mitchell Residence – Fence Variances – 178 Longview Drive
This is a proposal to allow a fence to be located beyond the required setbacks of a property zoned R-2, Limited Suburban Residential District and to exceed the maximum height permitted by Code. The site is located on the north side of Longview Drive approximately 265 feet east of the intersection with Monsarrat Drive. This is a request for review and approval of a of a non-use (area) variance under the provisions of the Zoning Code Sections 153.159(A)(4), 153.164 and 153.231.
