This is a proposal to allow a fence to be located within the buildable area and forward of the primary structure but used to enclose an area. The second variance is to allow a fence to encroach the side yard setback of a property zoned R-1, Restricted Suburban Residential District. The site is located on the west side of Riverside Drive south of Summitview Drive. This is a request for review and approval of a of a non-use (area) variance under the provisions of the Zoning Code Section 153.231.
