Case 16-064 – Administrative Appeal – 7123 Wilton Loop
This is a proposal to appeal a decision rendered by Planning to disapprove the construction of a putting green 10 feet into the required 10-foot no build zone for a single family residence located in Section 1 Part 2 of the Tartan Ridge Planned Unit Development. The site is located on the south side of Wilton Loop approximately 300 feet west of the intersection of Tartan Ridge Boulevard and Wilton Loop. This is a request for review and approval of an Administrative Appeal under the provisions of Zoning Code Section 153.231(J).
