This is a proposal to reduce the total amount of required parking spaces at the Perimeter Lakes Apartments. The site is located on the north side of Perimeter Drive, approximately 350 feet east of the intersection with Avery-Muirfield Drive. This is a request for review and approval of variance under the provisions of Code Section 153.231.
