Case 17-035 – Non-Use (Area) Variance – 5100 Rings Road
This is a proposal for variances from several sections of the City of Dublin Zoning to construct a smart parking lot that does not meet minimum setback and accessory structures regulations. The sites are 23.65 acres and 24.8 acres of land located on the northwest corner of Frantz and Rings Road. The sites are zoned OLR, Office Laboratory and Research District. This is a request for review and approval of variance under the provisions of Code Section 153.231.
