This is a proposal to allow the installation of a paver patio, seating walls, and an outdoor fire pit to encroach 15 feet into the required rear yard setback on an existing single family residential lot located within the Kentigern Place Subdivision. The site is located on the west side of Greenside Drive, approximately 325 feet south of the intersection with Kentigern Court South.
