Case 17-095 – Non-Use Variance – 9368 Nicholson Way
This is a proposal to reduce the required rear yard setback from 25 feet to 16 feet for the installation of a paver patio. The site is located on the east side of Nicholson Way, approximately 150 feet north of the intersection with Enfield Court. This is a request for review and approval of a Non-Use (Area) Variance under the provisions of Zoning Code Section 153.231(H).
