Rezoning Approximately 18.5 Acres, Located on the North Side of Brand Road, Approximately 700 Feet West of Coventry Woods Drive from R and R-1 to Planned Unit Development District (Wellington Reserve PUD) to Establish a 28-Lot Single-Family Detached Residential Development and 3.6 Acres of Open Space. (Case 08-038Z/PDP/PP) (Wellington rezoning)
PASSED 7-0 WITH 10 CONDITIONS (AS RECOMMENDED BY PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION) PLUS THREE ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS APPENDED BY COUNCIL:
11. That a temporary metal or wood construction fence be installed around the critical root zone of Tree #740;
12. That the applicant work with Engineering to install, if deemed appropriate, a wood guard rail along the Brand Road frontage; and

Staff requested to provide report regarding timing of scheduled maintenance for pillars/entryway at Justice Center.

Council will meet as a Finance Committee of the Whole to review the first quarter 2012 revenues/expenditures on Monday, April 9 at 6 p.m. in Council Chambers.
The next regularly scheduled Council meeting is scheduled for Monday, April 9 at 7 p.m. An executive session for land acquisition, legal and personnel matters will take place at 6:30 p.m., preceding the 7 p.m. Regular Council meeting.
