Spinning® brings cycling indoors. A variety of class levels meet the needs of the new rider or seasoned cyclist. Participants must be 18 years or older or have parent/guardian permission.
- Spin/Core: A 40-minute spin followed by abdominal exercises.
- Spinning®: A 50-minute calorie-burning, cardiovascular workout.
- Spin/Plus: A great Spinning workout plus cardio drills off the bike for a total body challenge!
