Facilitate increased networking between business and government.

Develop a 21st century learning environment, combining library and educational facilities. Realize the vision of true mixed-use, walkable neighborhoods in the Bridge Street District. Develop brand recognition locally, nationally and internationally. Create a community culture of health, wellness and work/life balance. Build on the City’s existing practice of shared services.

Design and implement a city-wide training and professional development program.
