Regular Footprint Buildings (One-Story)

Smaller building types that are one-story in height normally have greater opportunity for more fenestration. Because of the relative size, upgraded entrances and special architectural features can have a significant impact on the overall visual quality of the building. Given their low skyline profile, roof forms are often integrated into the design to increase the perceived height and to create a stronger physical presence.
