Entrances are an incredibly important part of any building. They usually are the first part of a building where a visitor has close contact and the design can convey a strong message about the occupying organization. Since the entrance is such a small part of an overall building, the relatively small investment for upgrading this area can yield large returns in the visitor’s favorable first impressions by highlighting projections, form, color and/or materials:
