We’re No. 4: Ohio slipped a bit but is still No. 4 in Site Selection magazine’s closely watched annual rankings of state business climates. Georgia was named the best this year, based largely on eliminating a tax on energy for manufacturers, the magazine said. Ohio got its highest score for new plant openings last year, but was only 10th in an executive survey.
