(Dublin, OH) – The Dublin Division of Police will be adding a new unit to focus on reducing traffic crashes and property crimes. The Community Impact Unit will start operations on Jan. 1, 2014. The unit will be led by Sgt. Justin Paez and will include two investigators and four traffic officers. The unit will investigate traffic complaints, and manage a speed reduction program. The two assigned investigators will focus on pro-active strategies associated with property crime trends.
