(Dublin, OH) – Dublin Planning and Zoning Commission voted to delay the decision on the latest rezoning application for the potential development of the Riviera Country Club site, located on the west side of Avery Road, north of the intersection with Memorial Drive.
This was developer Charles Ruma’s third proposed plan presented to the Planning and Zoning Commission for redevelopment of the golf course site. The latest plan includes up to 185 single-family lots and approximately 76 acres of open space, reflecting feedback the developer received from residents and the Planning and Zoning Commission after previous presentations.
In a meeting on Thursday, March 26, 2015, commission members declined to make a decision on whether or not to recommend approval. They asked the applicant to address some architecture concerns. The next hearing is scheduled for April 9, 2015.
