(Dublin, OH) – Dublin Police have added an enhanced version of crime mapping software to their website that will allow citizens to stay better informed about what is going on in the neighborhood around them.
The software, called RAIDS Online, allows people to see a more enhanced viewing of crime trends, receive alerts, and leave anonymous tips.
The program brings up a map of the city and shows where crimes like burglaries, robberies, thefts from vehicles and other crimes have occurred.
This same software is used by other Central Ohio cities allowing for residents to see crime – even as they cross a neighboring jurisdiction.
Dublin’s crime data became available this week at www.raidsonline.com
The community can access Dublin crime data via the police division’s website: http://dublinohiousa.gov/dublin-police/crime-reporting-and-prevention/
Dublin has been rated one of the safest cities in America by Neighborhood Scout. RAIDS Online is the latest example of the Dublin Division of Police’s efforts to use technology to improve services and the information available to the public.
