Tartan West-Villas of Corazon – 0 Corazon Drive
This is a proposal to allow patio options for four units in the single-family, condominium phase of the Villas of Corazon to be located on the side of the units, whereas the patios are only permitted at the rear of the units. The proposal allows modifications to Unit #13, #17, #19, and #21. The site is located on the east side of Hyland Croy Road south of the intersection with McKitrick Road. This is a request for review and approval of an amended final development plan under the provisions of Zoning Code Section 153.050.
