NE Quad – Subarea 5A – Kroger Marketplace
This is a proposal to permit an expansion of the grocery store, and the addition of educational and fitness uses as well as outdoor dining patios to the previously approved development for Subarea 5A of the NE Quad. This proposal includes all final details for an approximately 3,400-sqaure-foot expansion of the Kroger store. The site is located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Sawmill Road and hard Road. This is a request for review and recommendation to City Council of a rezoning with preliminary development plan. This is also a request for review and approval of a final development plan. Both processes are in accordance with Zoning Code Section 153.050.
