Riverside PCD North, Subarea A3 – The Perimeter – Perimeter Drive
This is a proposal to rezone a 2.9-acre site from PCD, Planned Commerce District to PUD, Planned Unit Development District for the development of an approximately 14,000-square-foot retail building with restaurant spaces and associated patios in Subarea A3 of the Riverside Planned Commerce District North. The site is located on the north side of Perimeter Drive, approximately 700 feet west of the intersection with Avery-Muirfield Drive. This is a request for review and recommendation to City Council of a rezoning and preliminary development plan and review and approval of a final development plan under the provisions of Zoning Code Section 153.050.
