This is a proposal for the subdivision and development of 80 single-family lots and 15 acres of open space as part of Sections 1 and 2 of the Riviera Planned Unit Development. The site is located on the east side of Avery Road, north of the intersection with Memorial Drive. This is a request for review and approval of a Final Development Plan under the provisions of Zoning Code Section 153.050 and request for review and recommendation of approval to City Council of final plats under the provisions of the Subdivision Regulations.
