This is a proposal for a new 24,000-square-foot building and associated site improvements to be used as an indoor recreation facility on a 2.29-acre vacant lot located on the south side of Shier Rings Road, east of Emerald Parkway. This is a request for review and approval of a Conditional Use under the provisions of Zoning Code section 153.236.
