Case 17-014 – Amended Final Development Plan – 6335 Perimeter Loop Road
This is a proposal for an amendment to the previously approved Land Rover and Jaguar building to reduce the building footprint area. The site is located on the south side of Venture Drive, approximately 600 feet south of the intersection with Perimeter Drive. This is a request for review and approval of an Amended Final Development Plan application under the provisions of Zoning Code Section 153.050.
