Case 17-026 – Rezoning – 5378 Avery Road
This is a proposal for a rezoning from R-1, Restricted Suburban Residential to SO, Suburban Office and Institutional District to allow for the expansion of the existing commercial/ medical use. The site is located on the east side of Avery Road, approximately 700 feet south of the intersection with Rings Road. This is a request for review and recommendation of approval to City Council for a standard district rezoning under the provisions of Zoning Code Section 153.234.
