This is a proposal for a 1,975-square-foot tutoring and educational services use located within an existing tenant space in Subarea 5A of the NE Quad Planned Unit Development. This site is located on the west side of Sawmill Road, approximately 850 feet northwest of the intersection with Hard Road. This is a request for review and approval of a Conditional Use under the provisions of Zoning Code Section 153.236.
