This is a proposal for a Waiver Request to allow for the south facade of Building B1 in Bridge Park to not have an entrance every 75-feet as required by Section 153.062(O)(5). The site is located in Bridge Park, Building B1 on the east side of Riverside Drive, northeast of the intersection with Banker Drive. This is a request for review and recommendation of approval to the Planning and Zoning Commission for a Waiver under the provisions of Zoning Code Section 153.066.
