Case 18-023 – Rezoning/Preliminary Development Plan/Final Development Plan- 7150 & 7270 Hyland Croy Road
This is a proposal for a Rezoning with Preliminary and Final Development Plans for approximately 47 acres from PUD, Planned Unit Development District – Autumn Rose Woods, to PUD, Planned Unit Development District – Autumn Rose Woods, to allow for split-rail fence along the perimeter of Reserve C to remain with construction of the neighborhood until such time that full rehabilitation of the fence is warranted. The site is located on the east side of Hyland-Croy Road approximately 1,200 feet south of the intersection with Tullymore Drive. This is a request for review and approval of Rezoning/Preliminary Development Plan and Final Development Plan under the provisions of Code Section 153.050.
