In 2011 Planning completed the Hyland-Croy Road Corridor Character Study, which was subsequently adopted as an amendment to the Community Plan. The Character Study included significant input from residents along and near Hyland-Croy Road through public open houses and visual preference surveys. The Study resulted in a series of recommendations for roadway designs, landscape guidelines, and land use options.
