There are four Community Liaison Officers (CLOs) with the Dublin Police. CLOs work to enhance the department’s outreach and engagement efforts, focused on
- finding new ways Dublin Police can help and connect with the community,
- being in tune with citizens’ concerns,
- being part of national and local dialogue about community-police relations,
- and building a reciprocal relationship with community members

Reach Out to LGBTQ+ Liaisons
LGBTQ+ Liaisons serve as a link between Dublin’s LGBTQ+ community, the City Manager’s Office and the Dublin Police Department. Officer Amber McCloskey and J.M. Rayburn, an employee in the City’s Division of Planning, serve as the City’s LGBTQ+ Liaisons. Learn more about the program’s mission and how to connect.
Schedule a Homeowners or Neighborhood Association Meeting
Dublin Police officers will visit HOA or neighborhood leadership meetings to talk about community policing and neighborhood-specific information. This is a free service.

Public Records Request Overview
In order to support faster response and better tracking of requests, the City of Dublin uses JustFOIA to collect, respond to and manage public information requests.
Why JustFOIA?
JustFOIA is a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) online application that helps streamline the open records request process for the community and improve efficiencies in getting requested information quickly and accurately.
The application lets community members submit requests for all city records, including police reports. Commonly requested information includes accident reports, copies of resolutions and body-camera video.
