The Bicycle Advisory Task Force (BATF) was formed in the fall of 2009 to provide assistance to City Council in identifying potential bike-oriented programs and facilities to consider as a part of future City initiatives. Using the Five E’s of a Bicycle Friendly Community (Engineering, Education, Encouragement, Enforcement and Evaluation) as well as the Dublin Community Plan and the Parks and Recreation Master Plan as guiding documents, the BATF analyzed the City’s existing policies and strategies towards bicycling in Dublin.
