Bridge Street District Amendment 1 – Section 156.033 Review Procedures and Submittal Requirements
The city has initiated a multi-phase amendment to the Bridge Street District Zoning Code. The first set of amendments addresses Section 153.066 Review and Approval Procedures and Criteria. This amendment is addressing the procedures for development approval and the related submittal requirements. The goal is to streamline the process and ensure submittal requirements that are consistent with other zoning code provisions.
