Beginning December 9, all planning and permit applications will be processed online instead of via a paper application. The City of Dublin is launching a new program to improve the permit and plan application process. The program utilizes the Accela and ProjectDox platforms, which makes it easy for businesses, contractors and citizens to submit applications online and track their progress. This replaces the time-consuming mail-in or walk-in processes for submitting applications
To begin the application process, please use the link below to access the Citizen Access Portal. This link can also be used to learn the status of an existing application. All revisions to previously approved applications will be initiated in the Citizen Access Portal.
Once the application has been accepted, the documents and drawings will be submitted via an electronic plan review software. Use the link below to access the electronic plan review (ePlan) software, set up an account, and submit documents.
