Red, White & Splash
Start your holiday with a splash and try a few water fitness sample classes! Classes align with varying formats: shallow water cardio, deep water cardio, strength-based and stretch-based classes. Choose two out of the four class options to sample. There will be two rounds of classes: Round one is from 8:10–9 a.m. and round two is from 9:10-10 a.m. Water is provided. Each participant who registers receives two tickets for a chance to win a door prize. To claim their prize, participants must be present at the drawing at 10:10 a.m.
