(Dublin, OH) Dublin City Council has approved an economic development agreement with Rea & Associations, Inc., a full-service regional accounting and business advisory firm that plans to establish a national headquarters in Dublin.
Rea & Associates offers accounting, tax, audit and consulting and cyber services to clients throughout the state of Ohio. The Ohio CPA firm is also regarded as one of the Top 100 public accounting firms in the country. The firm is currently headquartered in New Philadelphia, Ohio, with offices throughout the state. They are looking to consolidate these offices to reduce overhead costs and improve productivity among its workforce. The new office location would earmark the company’s third purchase investment in the City.
The expansion in Dublin will add approximately 35 jobs to the community by the end of 2028, on top of their existing 68 employee positions in Dublin. The City is offering an incentive package valued at $283,000 in consideration of the company’s continued investment and planned workforce growth in Dublin.

The incentive is contingent upon the company purchasing a new headquarter location of a minimum of 60,000 SF, within City of Dublin corporation limits. Additionally, the company is required to obtain an occupancy permit. The City anticipates collecting nearly $1.2 million in net withholdings over the term of the agreement.
Council approved the EDA after a second reading at its meeting on Aug. 8, 2022.
