(Dublin, Ohio) — Dublin Methodist Hospital security staff reported at about 12:45 p.m. June 15 that a man hit his vehicle into the hospital building near the Emergency. Medics said preliminarily that it appeared the driver had experienced a medical emergency. He died a short time later at the hospital.
A woman passenger in the vehicle was transported to Riverside Methodist Hospital with an injury.
No one inside the Dublin Methodist Hospital building was injured. There was damage to the building, but hospital operations were not affected by the crash.
