Our community is united in offering support to one another during the COVID-19 crisis. Many residents have offered assistance by way of errand running, friendly phone call outreach and more. Please let us know if you can OFFER your help or are in NEED of support. We’ll connect the dots to make sure it is matched.
Our social service providers are at the forefront of serving those in need every day. Their work is vital to the wellbeing of residents now more than ever.
Unified in our call to action, the City has connected the following organizations addressing needs together as PROJECT HELP, regularly meeting and communicating during the COVID-19 crisis. When specific needs are identified, we will alert the generous Dublin community that help is needed.
American Red Cross of Central Ohio (Blood drives and donations)
The Dublin Foundation (Dublin Has Heart Fund)
Dublin Food Pantry (providing food and necessities)
Dublin Neighborhood Bridges (providing resources to those in need)
SHARE (providing transportation to older adults and their needs)
Source Point Delaware County (providing comprehensive services to seniors in Delaware County)
Syntero (providing Care, Counsel and Support)
Welcome Warehouse of Dublin (providing resources to those in need)
We are Looking out for Each Other
Our outreach team is in regular contact with all senior living facilities in Dublin. We are also making daily phone call outreach to older adults and neighborhood leaders.
Neighbors are being creative…sidewalk chalking, playing solo musical instruments to those in need of a break, taking walks, and reaching out to each other via video and phone. Share how you and your neighbors are looking out for each other by sending an email to Public Affairs Officer Lindsay Weisenauer, Communications & Public Information, at email@example.com.
