Improving and preserving the infrastructure of our residential neighborhoods is an important investment in our City that adds value and high quality City services for our residents. The first phase of Muirfield Village was built 40 years ago. While these neighborhoods have maintained their beauty and real estate desirability – the underground sewer pipes are in need of repair and restoration.
The City of Dublin hired The Kleingers Group to design and create construction drawings for new sanitary sewers in the Muirfield Village areas of Kilbannan Court, Macewen Court, Muirfield Village Golf Course and along Muirfield Drive between Springburn Drive and Locherbie Court. These upgrades are budgeted through the Capital Improvements Program.
The Kleingers Group design work is substantially complete, and the City would like to invite you to a public meeting to review the project and its schedule.
A public meeting will be held on Thursday, May 5, 2016, 6:30 – 8 p.m. at Dublin Community Recreation Center, Talla 1.
We encourage you to attend to learn about this construction project and provide any pertinent details to the City regarding your property as it relates to the project.
