MBA Focus LLC, which already doubled its work force this year in a merger with a Texas company, plans to add nearly as many new local jobs over five years.
CEO Jack Gainer this month told me the company – which helps match business school graduates students with employers – created “the world’s leading network for matching students and employers” by merging with Austin-based CSO Research Inc., which serves the undergraduate market. That office stays put, for 27 jobs today in Dublin and 32 in Austin.
MBA Focus plans another 25 jobs over five years in Dublin, and pledged to add 22 of those within three years in a state tax incentive approved Monday by the Ohio Tax Credit Authority. Average annual pay for would be $50,000 for positions in sales, marketing, finance, software development and customer service.
