This is a proposal for a Senior Retirement Community and Residential Community. The Senior Retirement Community includes 100 independent living units and 150 assisted living beds. The Residential Community consists of 62 single-family detached homes and 48 twin-family attached age restricted homes. The site consists of 45.4-acres located northeast of the intersection of Hyland-Croy Road and Post Road. This is a request for review and approval for a Rezoning and Preliminary Development Plan under the provisions of Zoning Code Section 153.053.
