This is a proposal for a wall sign and menu boards for an existing McDonald’s, the site is zoned PUD, Planned Unit Development, I-270/Tuttle Road, Subarea A4. The site is located north of Tuttle Crossing Boulevard, approximately 200 feet northeast of the intersection with Blazer Parkway. This is a request for review and recommendation of approval to the Planning and Zoning Commission for an Ammended Final Development Plan under the provisions of Zoning Code Section 153.050.
