Group Fitness Schedule & Pass Options

 

Group Fitness Classes

The Dublin Community Recreation Center has a class or service to help you start a fitness program, update your current program or provide one-on-one training. Many of our fitness attendants have completed or are pursuing degrees in the health and exercise industry.

The Dublin Community Recreation Center offers many group fitness classes. Current class schedules are regularly updated and made available on the fitness board, fitness desk, Google Calendar and on this web page. The DCRC reserves the right to cancel or change the class format to meet member needs and requests. A shortened schedule of classes is offered during times of low participation, i.e. holidays or City of Dublin events. Upon written request, patrons may transfer the balance of pass uses to others. Requests should be directed to the Fitness Supervisor for approval. Passes are intended for individual purchase and use. Group Fitness passes expire after 4 years, are non-refundable, and are not prorated. Water Fitness passes cannot be used to participate in land classes.

 

Using a Pass for In-Person Land Group Fitness Classes

LAND, SPINNING® AND WATER GROUP FITNESS PASSES

NEW in 2022 | Effective January 1, all 10-class and 20-class group fitness passes allow access to either water or land classes. The unlimited monthly option offers access to any land, water, or Spinning® group fitness classes. The minimum age requirement to participate in group fitness classes is 12. Participants under age 18 must have a parent/guardian enroll them and agree to the waiver each time a new pass is purchased.

Class capacities are determined by the equipment used, available space and patron safety. You may check in for a class 15 minutes beforehand but no later than 10 minutes after the class starts. Classes are subject to reaching the participant limit prior to scheduled class time.

Registration is required for in-person Spinning® classes

Class slots are on a first-come, first-served basis with the exception of Spinning® classes, which require a reservation. Class capacities are determined by appropriate physical distancing, equipment used, available space and patron safety. You may sign up for a Spinning® class online using our reservation system up to 72 hours in advance but no later than 10 minutes after the class starts.

  1. Buy a group fitness pass at the Membership desk or online
  2. For Spinning® only, make an online reservation for the class you wish to take
  3. Use your pass to check-in at the fitness check-in desk

 

Virtual Pass Options

In addition to our drop-in classes, we will continue to offer a Virtual Fitness Pass. We understand that some patrons remain unable to participate in classes on-site and prefer our virtual options. This pass will allow monthly access to an unlimited amount of virtual and live-streamed classes taught by your favorite DCRC instructors. Access to classes begins on the first day of the month and ends on the last day.

You will need to have an account set up in order to purchase the pass. If you are a DCRC patron, have previously purchased group fitness passes, or have registered for activities before, then you already have an account. All passes are non-refundable and are separate from our Land and Spinning® group fitness passes. Each virtual class is limited to the first 99 participants.

Complete List of all Group Fitness Pass Options

Passes are sold in six different packages.

  • In-person Land/Water/Spinning® Trial Pass – $10 for a single group fitness class. Must be purchased on site and used on date of purchase.
  • In-person Land/Water 10 Class Pass – $50 for DCRC members or $65 for non-members. 4 year expiration; non-refundable; pass is not prorated.
  • In-person Land/Water 20 Class Pass – $80 for DCRC members or $95 for non-members. 4 year expiration; non-refundable; pass is not prorated.
  • Spinning® 10 Class Pass – $80 for DCRC members or $90 for non-members. 4 year expiration; non-refundable; pass is not prorated.
  • Land/Spinning®/Water Unlimited Monthly Pass – Monthly access to all land, Spinning® and water classes. Access to classes starts at the date of purchase and continues for one month. $55/month for members and $65/month for non-members. Non-refundable and the pass is not prorated.
  • Virtual Fitness Passes – Monthly access to all virtual and live-streamed classes only. $30/month for members or $35/month for non-members. Access starts the first day of the month and ends on the last day of the month. Non-refundable and the pass is not prorated.
