Property tax
There are seven taxing districts within the City of Dublin, based upon the county and school district location of the property. Each taxing district has a different full and effective tax rate that is used in calculating the taxes. While the majority of property taxes collected goes toward the school districts within Dublin corporate limits, the City receives approximately 2.3 percent of the property tax.
The Franklin, Union, and Delaware County Auditor’s offices administer and collect property taxes on behalf of the City and should be contacted with any questions regarding property valuations or property taxes.
