Starting Oct. 2, Washington Township Fire Department (WTWP) will conduct its annual fire hydrant flushing. This process will take place daily for approximately six weeks.
WTWP would like to remind residents that flushing may cause their faucet or washing machine water to appear rusty. If this happens, run your water until it is clear again.
