Leadership Dublin utilizes volunteers for its flagship project, Community Service Day, held the first Saturday in May of each year. Community projects can include helping senior citizens with yard clean up, mulching, plantings, cleaning up parks and sprucing up school playground areas.

Buddy Program. Volunteers, 12 years and older, assist baseball players who are mentally and physically handicapped. Games are held at Darree Fields in Dublin. 2010 baseball season runs from May to July and the time commitment is approximately 1 hour per Saturday. Exact dates and time schedules are posted on the web site. Volunteers can sign up individually or as a group.
Note: Special need for older adults to assist with older players. Also need adults to serve as buddy leaders and coaches. (Adults 16-19 may serve as co-leaders and coaches.)
