Earth and Arbor Day Celebration – April 24

Participants can take part in invasive plant removals, tree giveaways, information stations, a tree planting and more! New this year, the City is partnering with the Suburban Gardeners of Dublin to host a plant swap, where residents can bring native plants, indoor plants and seeds to trade with other residents.

Be #SustainableDublin All Year Long

We strive to be the most sustainable city. Here are some ways you can help us day-to-day.

‘Keep Dublin Green’ Kits

Keep Dublin Green Park cleanup kits are a great flexible option for groups to give back to the community by cleaning litter from Dublin parks. The kit includes trash and recycle bags, gloves, safety vests, a first aid kit and even a scavenger hunt. To reserve a kit, please complete this interest form, and we will be in touch with next steps.

Recycle Right!

Help us get to a 50% diversion rate. Recycle right with these tips from SWACO.

Composting With GoZero

Divert waste from our landfills and take advantage of our free compost disposal site. Collect food scraps for the green GoZero bins located at our city Service Center. Get the list of acceptable scraps!

Volunteer at the Ferris-Wright Gardens!

Groups, families or volunteer pairs can sign up for a day of service or schedule weekly visits to care for the garden throughout the growing season. Volunteers are needed to water and weed the gardens and harvest produce. The gardens will give park visitors a glimpse into common plants cultivated in our area over the last 2,000 years. Contact volunteer@dublin.oh.us for more details and signup information.

Electronic Waste Drop-Off

Don’t throw that old cellphone in the trash. Recycle it with our e-waste program. Drop-offs are accepted at the Dublin Service Center Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Check the list of accepted items before your visit.

Medication Drop Box

Use the 24/7 drop box located inside the Dublin Justice Center lobby to safely dispose of prescription drugs any time of year. Check the accepted items.

Styrofoam Recycling

Keep unwanted Styrofoam out of your trash with our convenient 24/7 drop-off site at the Dublin Service Center. Check the accepted items before you go!

Public Records Request Overview

In order to support faster response and better tracking of requests, the City of Dublin uses JustFOIA to collect, respond to and manage public information requests.

Why JustFOIA?

JustFOIA is a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) online application that helps streamline the open records request process for the community and improve efficiencies in getting requested information quickly and accurately.

The application lets community members submit requests for all city records, including police reports. Commonly requested information includes accident reports, copies of resolutions and body-camera video.
