City of Dublin Earns Ninth cashVest® 90+ Award for Excellence in Financial Stewardship

 

 

(Dublin, Ohio) – The City of Dublin has once again earned the cashVest® 90+ Award from three+one®, recognizing exceptional fiscal responsibility, transparency and cash management. The 2025 award highlights Dublin’s continued commitment to protecting public resources and maintaining strong financial stability for residents and businesses.

Presented in partnership with the National Association of Counties (NACo), the award honors organizations that demonstrate excellence in managing cash flow, reducing borrowing costs and safeguarding taxpayer dollars through data-driven financial strategies. This is the ninth year that the City has earned this honor.

“This recognition reflects our commitment to strong financial stewardship and transparency,” said Chief Financial Officer/Director of Finance Matt Rubino. “Our focus remains on responsibly managing public funds while supporting the services and investments that benefit our community.”

By maintaining a cashVest score of 90 or above for four consecutive quarters, the City of Dublin has demonstrated its commitment to effective cash management, improving financial stability and ensuring responsible stewardship of public resources.

This honor, along with Dublin’s fourth consecutive GFOA Triple Crown Award, reinforces the City’s reputation for responsible financial management and accountability to benefit Dublin residents and businesses.
