Class Description
Functional Strength & Mobility
Low impact dynamic movement designed to work on range of motion, joint stabilization, balance, and supportive core strength. Working to better prepare the body for real-world movements and strain.
Yoga
Focused on postures and breathwork through Vinyasa style yoga. Dynamic, flowing style that links movement to breath.
Power Intervals
Short, explosive bursts of high-intensity exercise followed by designated rest periods. Designed to build top-end speed, cardiovascular power, and neuromuscular efficiency. Pushes your body to significantly improve your overall athletic performance. Lower impact options will be offered.
Cardio and Core
Combines heart-pumping aerobic movements with targeted core work. It improves cardiovascular health, torches calories, and builds the abdominal, back, and hip muscles required for spinal stability and balance.
Strength and Stability
Strength exercises build a muscle’s ability to generate force against resistance, whereas stability exercises train the smaller, surrounding muscles and ligaments to control body movement in unsteady situations. Together, they prevent injury, improve balance, and enhance athletic performance. Will incorporate equipment such as mini bands and medicine balls.
