  • There will be two lanes for on-site shredding
  • Expect delays
  • Limit of five boxes per vehicle
  • Each container must weigh less than 50 pounds.
  • Please remain in your vehicle at all times
  • Boxes or containers should be placed in the trunk (preferred) or back of the vehicle for easy access and limited contact
  • Boxes should not be sealed or taped
  • File boxes are preferred, but garbage bags will be accepted
  • Staff will remove the containers
  • Staple and binder clips are OK, but remove everything from 3-ring binders, padfolios and plastic or vinyl folders

National Drug Take Back

Your Dublin Police collected 206 pounds of unused of expired medications at the Oct. 25 Drug Take Back event. 2026 Drug Take Back dates coming soon.

Use the 24/7 drop box located inside the Dublin Justice Center lobby, 6565 Commerce Parkway, near the Police Records reception window, to safely dispose of prescription drugs any time of year.

The City of Dublin is committed to working to end the opiate crisis in Central Ohio and around the nation. Drug Take Back events provide a free, safe way for community members to rid their homes of potentially dangerous, expired, unused and unwanted prescription and over-the-counter drugs. Public Records Request Overview

In order to support faster response and better tracking of requests, the City of Dublin uses JustFOIA to collect, respond to and manage public information requests.

Why JustFOIA?

JustFOIA is a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) online application that helps streamline the open records request process for the community and improve efficiencies in getting requested information quickly and accurately.

The application lets community members submit requests for all city records, including police reports. Commonly requested information includes accident reports, copies of resolutions and body-camera video.
